Know which leads matter. Reach them first.
We score your leads on your own conversion patterns, fill in the missing detail, and route each one to the right person, so your team spends its limited selling hours where they will pay off.

How does your team currently decide which lead to call next?
Thirty minutes with the engineer who builds these agents. No slide deck.
Six ways a good lead goes cold.
Not every lead deserves the same effort, but most lists are worked in the order they arrived, which is the one order that carries no information at all.
- 01 A strong enquiry queued behind twenty weak ones
- 02 A form submission with a name, an email and nothing else
- 03 A lead assigned to whoever was next on the rota, not who fits
- 04 A follow-up promised on Thursday and remembered on Monday
- 05 A rep opening a call with no idea what the company does
- 06 Nobody able to say which sources produce customers rather than volume
What goes into XtractSol lead intelligence
Each solution is built around your leads, your sales process and what a good customer actually looks like for you. Start with scoring or build out the whole flow.
Ranked on your own patterns
Each lead scored on how likely it is to convert, learned from your closed history rather than a generic formula, so the order reflects your business.
Context before the call
Thin leads filled out with the detail your team needs, so a rep opens a conversation informed rather than working out who they are speaking to.
Timing that is not guesswork
The agent watches for signs a lead is ready to move, so outreach lands while interest is high instead of well after it has faded.
To the right person, immediately
Each lead assigned on your rules, so strong opportunities never sit unassigned in a shared queue waiting for somebody to claim them.
Nothing goes cold by accident
Timely follow-ups prepared with the context attached, so a promising conversation does not lapse because the week got busy.
Which sources produce customers
A clear view of where your best leads come from and how they move, so spend follows what converts rather than what generates volume.
A ranked list hides the shape of the week
A single score sorts your leads, which is useful. It also flattens two different questions into one number: does this company look like your customers, and are they showing signs of moving now?
Plotted on both, the week has a shape. The top right is where the selling hours should go. The top left is worth keeping warm rather than calling today. The bottom right needs qualifying carefully, because interest without fit is how a pipeline fills with deals that never close.
Same leads, same scores, but a rep can see the difference between a lead worth an hour and one worth an email.
The agent sorts the list. Your team works it.
A score is an order of attention, not a decision about who is worth talking to.
Capture
Leads pulled in from every source the moment they arrive.
AgentEnrich
Missing detail added, so nobody starts a call from a name and an email.
AgentScore
Ranked against your own conversion history, with the reasoning visible.
AgentRoute
Sent to the right person on your rules, immediately rather than at the next review.
AgentEngage
What to say, how to pitch and when to push is entirely your rep's call.
Your teamLearn
Outcomes fed back, so the scoring is measured against what actually closed.
TogetherThe most repeated number in lead management comes from six companies in 2007
You have seen it. Respond within five minutes and you are twenty one times more likely to qualify a lead. It is on almost every page in this category. It comes from a single study run with a sales software vendor around 2007, drawn from that vendor's own customer base across six companies. The later Harvard Business Review work is more rigorous and reports different figures. The multipliers are also relative, not absolute, and faster responders differ from slower ones in ways beyond speed, such as staffing and systems.
The direction is sound and has held up across nearly two decades: attention decays quickly and the first credible response has an advantage. The specific numbers are not yours. So rather than promising you a multiplier from a nineteen year old dataset, we measure your own response times and conversion outcomes, and tell you what the curve looks like in your business. If it turns out speed is not your constraint, that is worth knowing before you buy something to fix it.
A scoring model that has only ever seen your wins cannot tell you what a bad lead looks like. The losses are half the training data.
Where leads arrive, and where they land
We connect to the channels your leads come in on and deliver into the CRM your team already works in.
Enrichment coverage varies by market and company size, and is generally thinner for very small businesses and outside major markets. We confirm what is realistically available for your segment during the audit.
Scoring you can question
- ✓ Every score comes with the reasons behind it, not just a number
- ✓ Predictions tracked against real outcomes and reported to you
- ✓ Low scores change the order of work, never remove a lead from it
- ✓ Data handling and retention agreed in writing before the build
You see the scoring work before you route real leads on it
We learn what a good lead looks like for you and how your team sells, then build in stages you can inspect.
Discovery call
Your lead sources, your sales process, and where good opportunities slip away.
Workflow audit
What conversion looks like for you, and whether your closed history is deep enough to score on.
Build and tune
Scoring tuned on your real outcomes, then tested against leads whose result you already know.
Deploy and refine
Connected to your CRM and sources, then tracked on how well the scoring predicted reality.
How does the lead scoring actually work?
It learns from your own conversion history, which leads became customers and which did not, and estimates how likely each new lead is to do the same. Because it is tuned on your results rather than a generic template, the priorities reflect what actually converts for you. It needs enough closed history to learn from, and we tell you during the audit whether you have it.
What if the scoring gets a lead wrong?
It will, sometimes, and that is why a score is a sort order rather than a gate. Nothing is discarded because it scored low, and every lead still reaches somebody. We also track how well the scoring predicted real outcomes so you can see whether it is earning its place rather than taking it on trust.
Where does the enrichment data come from, and is it handled responsibly?
From business data sources appropriate to your market, agreed with you during the audit rather than chosen for us by a vendor. What matters as much as the source is the handling: what is retained, for how long, and how it sits with the privacy obligations your business is under. We settle that in writing before anything is built.
Does this replace our sales team's judgment?
No. The agent points your team toward the strongest opportunities and gets them there quickly, with the context already attached. How to engage, what to say and when to walk away stays entirely with your salespeople.
How much history do you need before the scoring is useful?
Enough closed outcomes, both won and lost, for the patterns to be real rather than coincidence. Losses matter as much as wins here, because a model that has only seen successes cannot tell you what a poor lead looks like. If your history is too thin we will say so and suggest starting with routing and enrichment instead.
What does it cost?
A build fee plus a monthly fee that scales with your lead volume, with any enrichment data costs shown separately at cost. You get a firm number after the workflow audit, before you commit to anything.
